Always surprised how fast and efficient this setup is as there's always at least 20 people in waiting room. Yet it flows smoothly and wait time is mostly less than 10 minutes
Filled out paperwork, and then they called us back. We ended up waiting in the room almost an hour, 30+ minutes past our appointment time. We drove an hour for this appointment, paid $10 for parking and a phone or video call would have been fine for this appointment.
place is clean, staff is friendly some are even funny, they are punctual I haven't ever had to wait too long here. It's usually in and out.
