Had an appointment at 9:30am, arrived on time and was told I wouldn’t be seen until 11:30am when I asked at 10:30am how much longer of a wait I had
My appointment was 10:00 but once finding the hospital I got a bit lost. Now not only did 2 kind IT guys see how confused I must have looked , they quickly asked if I required help. Ohh yes I said and those guys had went with me down to the main floor and did the whole hospital walk with me. Helping me the whole way even asked if I needed help with getting registered. You should not have to show up 15 minutes early, the appointment was 10:15, we showed up at 10:00. My wife wasn’t seen until 11:02. No on even cared to tell us what the issue was. This is the last trip to Hamot.
