I always receive amazing care! Dr. Denne is the best!
Carter Denne is fantastic. Unfortunately he has very unprofessional residents working with him and you may not know who is working on you should you need surgery! I had surgery thinking Dr. Denne would be performing it only to wake up to finding out a David Slupek did the surgery. He was unprofessional, ignored allergy alerts in my file and on wrists, was rocky and arrogant. After completing an initial online video conference assessment on 7/10 with Dr. Carroll, my son was scheduled for allergy testing on 8/18. Realizing we had a scheduling conflict, I used the UPMC app to reschedule the appointment for 9/9. However, on that day, after having taken my son out of school, we were curtly notified by a desk person that allergy testing appointments could only be made in person and not using the app (it would be nice if the app had told us that!). Dr. Denne is amazing. He has impeccable bedside mannerisms. I have not met a doctor who listens and actually takes care of my concerns as well as he has done. He helped me quit my addiction to Affrin nasal spray. I had nasal breathing problems for over 15 years, and he helped me with ease. The staff is prompt, fair, and check out scheduling is also amazing to deal with. Personable people are rare. I was impressed with my 2 visits. Happily awaiting my 3rd visit!
