Terrible communication. I asked the clerk to talk to billing and they gave me a number that was out of service, and when I called Safe Harbor about it they never returned my call. Therapist was never on time, whether it was her first appointment of the day or last. I had an appointment with her during a winter storm and nobody communicated to me that the facility was shut down for the day, so I drove down there only to see a note on the door that they were closed. Awful in everyway
They're not open 24hrs. 8-5 m-f. This place is punishment for being mentally ill and they never respond to bad reviews. I was abandoned by one of the lazy psych nurses. She gave me meds and never checked on me for a year because SHE cancelled every one of my appointments but they all say cancelled by patient. The counselor gas lighted me the whole time and never gave me any advice that I could use because he dismissed all of my symptoms whenever I talked about it.
