We have used this company for many years when our elderly parents visit. We get a chair lift for the stairs as well as a ramp to get to our porch. Dan is friendly and responsive to questions. They were in and out in no time. Great customer service! Highly recommend!
We have an old stairlift that stopped working. Eric came out & within minutes told us it was the batteries. He installed, checked the unit & cleaned it. We were up & running in no time. He told us exactly what he was doing at all times. Very professional.
From the initial visit with Jon and all the way to the installation process this family business has been very professional. My stair lift was installed this morning quickly and cleanly and operation was explained in detail along with some common sense "do's and don't" not in the operators manual. This is a family run , honest company. Dan was just here and immediately took care of my stair lift problem with courtesy and professionalism. Had to have my chair serviced. Again, the customer service and the attention this family puts into their business shines through and through. Drew and Dan are awesome young men. Timely, professional, willing to lend an ear and listen. Jon also a great worker. Deb is just a sweetheart. I want to take her to lunch.
