We ordered a very large stand of flowers for a funeral and specifically asked for them to be in purple, the decedent’s favorite color. Instead, they were delivered in all white. Despite seeing clearly on-line that we had ordered purple, they refuse to provide any discount from the expensive order for their error. They did offer to come and add a few purple flowers but it was a few minutes before the service was to start. It’s absolutely rare to have a flower shop that can match their website images to the flowers being delivered. Upland Flowers did just that. They were able to answer my questions over the phone and the delivery and presentation was above expectations.
