Jason and Derek installed my furnace the other day and did a great job. The price was fair and it only took them a few hours. The other estimates that i got were more expensive except one but i discovered that he didnt even carry insurance. i dont want someone working on my house and gas lines if they dont have insurance. Update did a fantastic job.
I needed a new furnace, mine was original to the home. Derek came and went over my options. He showed me how the equipment has had a long running history or being the best and how they have an A+ rating with the BBB. Very happy with my new furnace.
Two years ago we purchased a new furnace and central air unit with a sensi thermostat and have been very happy with our purchase, it has saved us money on heating and electric bills. The service was timely and professional.Jason was pleasant to work with and extremely knowledgeable. Their customer service treats you with respect and Jason personally came to my door when I had a concern. Feel comfortable using this company, I have recommended them to my own family and friends.
I have used update for my mom, my son and today for me. Jason responds to my calls almost immediately. They do quality work, very efficient and leaves the place very clean after their done with the job. Explains everything they have to do and do not apply any pressure on you. Just love this company and would recommend them to everyone. Would never go with another heating/air conditioning co. Trust them completely.
