I was told I needed a new AC unit, buy a local Steger heating and cooling company. I was surprised at how fast this guy diagnosed the unit, in other words he didn't. I called Update heating and cooling, spoke to Dawn, she was very helpful. She sent someone out that same day. Matt was the techs name, 1-815-463-0333, he really knew his stuff, one of the good guys. Matt was our technician... he was totally professional, capable, efficient and affable! Not to be outdone with the service we received over the phone from Joan. This is an over the top wonderful business!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wish there were more than 5 stars to award!
Highly recommend. They came out very quickly when my heat went out in negative degree weather. The tech was a great help and super friendly.

I would definitely recommend this company. We received several estimates for a new furnace and air conditioner and they had the best pricing by far! The workers were very nice, left our house very clean, and completed the job super fast!
