I work for Massage Envy Tinley Park and I called Update later last night when our heat went out.. They offered to fix the issue right away when other places were making us wait until Monday! This is the second time they have been extremely quick and efficient! We love them they rock!!!!
What I thought was going to be just an estimate for a new cooling unit turned out to be a replacement job for both my furnace and AC. They were available immediately and replaced both units within hours. They answered all of my questions and I think I received fair pricing for both units and installation. The rep and installers were professional, knowledgeable, proficient and very nice. We have a very old furnace that needed a new part. Although we need a new furnace they saved us from the heat and bought us some time till we replace it. Very knowledgeable in furnaces! Would highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Uodate Heating and Cooling Services. They are prompt, affordable and offer the best customer service! It seems your heat always goes out on the weekend or a holiday.
