The staff were so caring. Cassie was amazing and went above what she needed to and even checked in after my dad’s passing. Great employee!! Thanks for all you did for us. My dad and I also had a special bond with nurse Linda who is an amazing nurse. So caring and a godsend to us during one of the most difficult times. She definitely is in the right profession. Thank you always.
Cassie Emmer stepped in when my mom wasn’t sleeping well, eating or drinking well. She was not comfortable with going to the hospital, so Cassie (whom also helped care for my father) visited her at the house, and helped get my mom started on hospice services so she wouldn’t have to leave the house, and the services could be in the comfort of her own home. My mom’s health, (which was pretty gravely) has taken a whole different direction. The meds hospice placed her on, have helped her gain restful nights sleep now. The confus... read more
Cassie Emmer took care of my father and mother at different times. She went above and beyond everyday to make sure they were happy and comfortable. She was by far both of my parents favorite person. They both looked forward to seeing her and It was obvious the happiness she brought to their lives during a difficult time. We were very impressed with her sincerity and deep sense of care taking. I am forever in her debt.
Cassie was available to my family recently and she was fabulous. So kind, and caring and made us all feel at ease. We were blessed to have her at this difficult time. She is definitely a treasure! Thank you so much!!!
I cannot say enough about the care and compassion given to my Father in his last two years on this Earth from the entire staff at UP Health System Home Care and Hospice.
