Carolyn and the Unruh team were professional and helpful with the home buying process. It was our first time purchasing a home and Carolyn taught us so much throughout the entire time she worked with us. 1. No one is in the office to answer calls. Trying to speak to someone becomes a game of voicemail tag. 2. Response time to issues is beyond delayed. Called yesterday morning and of course had to leave a voicemail regarding a serious issue (bees in the apartment where a 3 year old lives, sleeps, and plays.) A day later and still no response. Getting stung by multiple bees INSIDE of our home is not how I want to find out if my daughter is allergic. I LOVE my apartment. It's the right size and price for my family. The location... read more

Property Management can only be handled by those licensed to do so- and i assure you that our property manager is dedicated to the work.
