My Husband and I worked with Carl for two months to find the best house for our family. He was very professional and always a phone call or text message away. Carl was very open , honest and listened to our needs. He was very helpful in staging and marketing our house to sell, it sold in one day. If I need to sell and buy a home in the future I would definitely use Carl's services and would recommend his company to anyone that needs to sell or buy a house.
Carl sold us our house in 1991, and in a few years when we're ready to sell and move south, we'll be calling on him to sell it again. It's been wonderful over the years to watch his real estate company grow and succeed!

Don't buy a house when Carl Unruh is the listing agent. He allowed for his seller to keep all this trash at their house and even had nerve to ask if the seller can hold on to a key to come into the house after settlement. This picture is all the trash that the seller left in the house and the seller agent was no help. Make it right Carl
We were real pleased with Carl & his group when they sold our house!!
