I am so glad that this bakery is thriving. My other half went gluten free some years ago and it has been a journey to find healthy, tasty, AND gluten free, low sugar options. I went in finally to the Greenville location two weeks ago to see what all the buzz was about and found out that they were on the verge of opening a new location within the week at Preston Center! We went to the Greenville location. They let us sample all the breads. They have some of the best breads and sweets I've ever had. Everything was gluten free and I was in heaven.

Ok parking is terrible. It was raining and I drove an hour to get there (Greenville Ave), but they had bread my son can eat that tastes like bread and they let him try a slice. He did not believe that it wouldn't have the consistency and taste of cardboard. He had his first cupcake since his diagnosis and his smile was worth it to me. Thank you, Unrefined. We'll be back.
Frisco location is great. Nice and informative staff. The cupcake of the week was great and I appreciated the samples since its a bit more expensive so I know 100% I wanted it. Excited about my healthy grain bread loaf!
