Recently had to go soy free and dairy free for my newborn son whom I'm nursing. It's nearly impossible to find bread or dessert options that I can eat unless I make them myself, however, yesterday I got some bread, brownies, and cupcakes from Unrefined and they were absolutely fabulous. I couldn't believe they were "safe" for me to eat because they were so indulgent. Thank you guys so much!! I will be enjoying these all week and am totally excited...

I had some odds and ends left from a loaf of 5 grain bread, and really miss French toast since going GF DF. I tore it all up into little pieces and made the most amazing French toast casserole out of it! It held up perfectly covered in that yummy egg/cashew milk custard!! YUM!!!!
Had my baby son's first birthday party today and while we purchased a large decorative cake from another bakery for everyone else, my boy and I indulged with your allergy safe cupcakes. They were beautiful, delicious, and he really enjoyed it!
