Great location, spacious apartments, and friendly staff!
Block One is a great place to live and the staffing is exceptional. It is conveniently located near campus making it an easy commute to classes. They have multiple events where they offer free goodies and finals week fuel! The apartment itself is very well kept, spacious, and the furniture is great! I would recommend to any college student looking for an apartment!
I’ve had a great experience living here! The apartment is in a great location for college students, and it’s been really convenient being close to campus, restaurants, and other things around town. The apartment itself is comfortable, spacious, and has everything you need for living with roommates. Maintenance has also been helpful whenever anything comes up. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed living here and would definitely recommend it to other college students looking for a place to live in a great location!
I really liked the two years I spent there. I lived in a 4x4 furnished at 23Twenty; the shared living room and my personal bed and bath rooms were very clean, the ceilings are high, smooths and concrete so no “professional upstairs neighbors” activities can bother you. I got to keep my place when I renewed. Loved my time at 23twenty. Staff was nice and responsive. Facilities were clean and safe. Unit had good amenities for the price I paid. I appreciated the staff's willingness to evaluate my charges upon move out so I was not charged for things that I was not at fault for.
