Emma at management is beyond helpful! She helped me out with a tough leasing situation.
I lived in the Edge for 3 years. My first year was great and had no issues with the apartment or management. In year 2 BlockOne got bought out by the Scion Group who have a D- from the BBB. Everything went downhill from there as management and employees became incompetent. In my last 2 years I had many issues including: going 3 months with no AC. Management losing my parking pass of where I had parked the past 2 years (was told it happened when they went to a new system when BlockOne got bought out). Went 6 weeks with no run... read more
Lived in 23twenty years ago, awful experience all around. Greedy management won't get stuff fixed but will nickel and dime you out of your deposit for every little thing. One of the rooms in my unit was vacant, I came home one day to find that management moved someone into my apartment and went through my stuff without telling me. Disgusting behavior
The staff is amazing and very quick to try and help with any problems! The one bedroom apartments at university towers have plenty of space so that’s amazing!
Awesome place for you and your friends to live. It has an amazing location and the staff is always so nice. I definitely recommend living at BlockONE!
