Had hernia surgery... it failed within 3 months, had second repair and was extensive, I was told. Also was told the follow-up appointments there would be no copay. They charged for the follow up after the fact. And Tina in Billing and Administrative Annette McCrary are uncaring and nor helpful and don't care. Quote... that $50 will stay on the books till it's paid. They won't keep a promise. Liars.
