I was told I didn't have a hernia but I had scar tissue and if I wanted them to remove it they would . They wanted me to come back for follow up but I didn't because if it wasn't a hernia I didn't feel I needed to. That was 2016. Had an appointment at 1:30 and finally left at 2:20 as I was never seen. To make matters worse, I had to pay for parking after they wasted my afternoon. I will never go back to this place...
We are back today for the removal of a drain tube in the leg of my wife. We were able to park in the covered garage and take the elevator straight up to their office on the second floor. They also offer valet parking and they have designated handicap parking too. Her doctor contacted Covid last night and they called this am to let her know. My wife asked if they could see if another doctor could remove the tube since she's really wanting it out. They told her to come on in and they would make it happen. Dr. Kaela Blake, a new surgeon in the practice, recently did hernia repair surgery on me. She is very personable, caring, knowledgeable, and has provided amazing care…before, during, and after surgery. The very best doctor experience I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend her.
I have never left a negative review about anything or anyone in my life. My experience was so absurd today that I felt it necessary. I was so excited about my appt with Dr Kleppe because I've heard wonderful things, as well as that I trust the opinion of Dr Bollig (referring surgeon). Unfortunately, I wasn't able to have the pleasure of meeting him because his assistant, Sonya McWilliams, was so incredibly rude and demeaning.
