I had horrible pain for a few days and I called every day different doctors. I had been fortunate in not experiencing this pain before and never needed to see a specialist and then I had to look for one. No one gave me an emergency appointment. I found them on yelp and called directly, Rosa was extremely kind and understanding she told me to come in. Everybody loves their job and are so friendly and gentle. Dr. Bao explained everything competently and did not rush. I'm so happy to have found this peaceful place :-)

With their pleasant demeanor and professional service they are definitely worth a visit if you have any back problems.

I've had joint pain and problems with my lower back and ankle for years. I tried both traditional western and eastern medicine, but have had no luck with my chronic pain. Finally I went to US&PC and they took care of it. After three weeks, I stopped noticing any pain in my joints, back, and ankles. They are very honest and down to earth. So happy I went here. They got me in really quick and the doctor was very attentive to what I was saying and how I was feeling. After some bad back pain a couple days during my period, I noticed that the discomfort wouldn't subside even after pain meds. I booked an appointment at the University Spine & Pain Center and they were able to put me on a treatment plan that got me back on track. Everyone is super professional and super sensitive to your needs.
I have no complaints it was an overall smooth experience the receptionist was very patient, helpful, understanding and friendly made me feel important and welcomed from the moment I walked in. The doctor took his time I didn't feel like a name on a checklist he was more than happy to answer my questions along with educating me I will definitely return and recommend to anyone that asks!
