Most of the staff were very professional and the Doctors and nurses are phenomenal! I personally extend a sincere thanks to the entire staff and medical teams! I give this hospital the upmost praise and respect.
The Doctors , Nurses and other staff of The neuroscience ICU, of Upstate Hospital, are the most dedicated caring and professional medical people I have ever had the fortune to see in action. My wife was admitted into the neuroscience ICU with cranial bleeding. These wonderful people brought my world back to me and I will always be indebted to them.
Been good with my son. Sweet, kind. Explained everything they were doing.
My wife and I took our son there on7/17/2017 for a special kinda of dental work. We must say from our arrival at 11:30am all the way to our discharge at6pm.... everyone we encountered was very pleasant, kind, understanding, and generous. They all made our experience there easier and comfortable. Hats off to the staff at UPSTATE University Hospital. We couldn't have asked for a more delightful visit.
Nurses and staff are super nice and are very helpful if they don’t know the answer they find it out for you.
Everyone is always been great with me and my needs right from the cancer center to the emergency room one day surgery,,,,could not ask for better care,they have been super
supervisor think they can just do anything and you can't speak up if you try to do so they will fire you
