Staff/nurses were helpful in understanding how my friend was doing. Ronni and her Family are working together with Upstate medical staff to get Ronni well again.
This place and the people in it..are amazing!!....my girlfriend was hit by a car and was admitted to the SICU Trauma unit on the 8th floor...4 weeks later is in the rehab unit on 2 North...everyone that we have encountered from day one has been amazing..top notch care....for such a traumatic experience...it has been a wonderful experience!!
This place is horrible! They would rather worry about a heroin addict then someone who has bone infections! Kick these type of people out this is a hospital not a drug house!

I've never been treated so poorly in my life ! It's a place for emergencies but no one cared what was going on! And when you tried to talk to someone, they looked at you like you were an asshole and laughed it off! Maybe you should get some of your nurses to do something other than stand around and drink Starbucks! I called to talk to whoever was in charge of that nightmare, and he was an even bigger asshole and very disrespectful. Will never EVER be coming back here again. I'm absolutely disgusted.
The medical staff in MICU 6H is amazing. The nurses take incredible care of my husband and me.
Good place treat you good and care
The past week has been hard. Long drives and nights that never ended but above all that the staff at upstate university were amazing. The bond they made with Don wert was unbelievable. The level of care and the amount of compassion each and every upstate staff had was remarkable. MICU � Thanks buddy
Shout out to some of THE BEST Doctors, Nurses and Staff in our community. The Nurses at Upstate are the cream of the crop. Personable, Caring and Professional. Every time we walk through the doors, For Whatever the reason. Sometimes critical Sometimes routine, We are always confident of the abilities of the staff. Thank you for being there. Thank you for taking such good are of our son. So Quickly and Efficiently after his serious Car Accident. Our Heartfelt Thanks....
