I was returning for a follow up appoinment. It's nice to see all the staff. They're always complimenting me on my progress.
The lack of communication between the doctors retarded
Nurses were fantastic! Doctors were great! Reception needs some work. Not everyone is suited for customer service. The eye rolls were a bit much combined with the "why-are-you-bothering-me- I am on Facebook and will be right with you" attitude really sucked.

I had a horrible experience, doctors had no idea how to treat me. I actually had to tell them what plan to take in order to treat me I was actually told I need a liver transplant when I have a genetic defect that has nothing to do with my liver I gave them a letter from my geneticist with direct instructions on what to do for me and I left feeling worse then when I got there. This experience has actually made me very nervous about trusting any doctors in the New York area
