I was amazed on how big The hospital was Nice and clean the staff was so polite my 11 year grandson want to stay when it was tome to leave. My 2 year grandson was all over the place riding the bike..
Horrible service friut flies in my fruit cup. Doctor took catheter out and laid itineraries my bed and left
best medical center and staff that I have ever encountered ...love the anesthesiologist I had.....made things so comfortable and put my mind at ease before i went in!!!!!!
I would rate this place as a negative number if I could. I understand that it can get busy. But how dare you have your staff come out to the waiting room after a patient has been out there for 4hrs and take their vitals and ask them personal questions in front of everyone in the waiting room. What happened to hippa? Did that just go out the window? You at least could have pulled her back into the triage room that is not being used. I get the pleasure of visiting the hospital every three months for my son he has cystic fibrosis and the staff and doctors there are the best
Went to 9th floor icu to visit my grandmother. She seemed comfortable and well cared for. She is regaining movement from a stroke. I believe the quality care she received aided in her recovery. We were thankful for the family room. We spent several hours in there while other family members took turns visiting. The family room once had nice furniture, but it is now overused and could use some repair or replacement. The tv in the family room was broken so entertaining young children while their parents visited was challenging.... read more
Best transplant center in the state. Super skilled and very compassionate staff. From initial consultation to transplant to post transplant care they are simply the best. Never had this overwhelming experience from any medical center ever
The staff in MICU on 6I are excellent in providing care...the nurses went above and beyond in caring for a family member who had been there for over 2 months....before he passed away all the nurses my family member had during his stay came in and softly spoke to him... he was started on comfort measures a few minutes before so he was sedated... his nurse that devastating day stayed in the room with my sister and I as was someone from the chapel..they all loved him and were saddened as well ....very caring staff
Took my friend to the ER tonight. From Security to Admin to Nurses to Drs, every single one of them was polite, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. Every single employee. That is a big deal. Thank you.
