Most of our previous hospital experiences have been at another hospital. However our experience at Upstate this time was great. The staff was very patient and understanding. The cafeteria service was amazing. We are very pleased with the care we received!
My mom came to this hospital and I don't know who was nurse who put a combination of bad and irresponsible act turn one of my mom hand in black and blue This is incredible
They don't care about the patients. They violate HIPPA . They push out patients who aren't ready to be discharged. I wouldn't send my dog to UPSTATE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY. DONT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE!!!!!

Absolute bullshit. Never been verbally mistreated in a facility like this one. Also, this place is highly unorganized. We get told one thing one minute then a completely different the next. Most nurses have attitude and act like doing their job is awful. If I wasn’t in need of medical assistance ASAP, I would’ve rather went somewhere else. I will never go here by choice again.
