I would not recommend living here to ANYONE, no matter how desperate you are. I signed a lease here because I was last minute searching for a place and was told over the phone that there was only ONE townhome left and that I needed to come sign immediately. Upon arriving at the leasing office I saw a post-it note that said there were TWENTY THREE townhomes left. That should have been my first red flag. My only Issue with Uplace is my two bedroom apartment has very small bedrooms, I can just barely open my closet door without it hitting the bed frame.
Trying to sign my apartment. 4 bedroom suite $550 a month which is cheaper than the usual rate. July 2018-2019 with option to renew.
My Name is Tara Fogle, and This is my second semester at Uplace! I have loved living here because of how nice my 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is! I love that the place is furnished and has granite counter tops! The location is nice being close to downtown and the Prt And bus stops! Living here has been great and the price was just right for the location!
I have lived here for three years. Very convenient, clean, and the staff is always friendly. It is awesome that it’s fully furnished too.
I'm Ashley Brash, and I've lived at University Place for almost two years now (and I've already signed a lease for a third!)! It's been such an amazing experience. First, the apartments are so spacious, and the amount of natural light in my apartment? I couldn't ask for better.
