My husband and I went to the emergency room here (12-16-18) in regards to pain he was having in his ankle after an accident he had at work. The wait time was not a problem because of the seriousness of his ankle pain. My husband was seen by 2 different doctors once he was escorted to the back (Dr. Brian W Overstreet, NP "The Main Doctor"), both doctors assured that he only had a sprain ankle and even advised that he could still go to work on the sprain ankle stating " The more you walk on the ankle the better it will be." You can teach your students about Cronic Lyme Disease and co-infections. And allow them to treat in a necessary fashion. MS doctors are not educated on this AT ALL! I know several Doctors and Nurse Practitioners that studied at your school and was told Lyme Disease was barely touched on. They were told Lyme disease is not prevalent in MS. However we have over 300,000 patients in MS who where misdiagnosed because our doctors are not taught about Lyme Disease. Lyme patients have to go out of our state to get diagnosed and trea... read more

The staff at UMMC did such a wonderful caring time taking care of my mother and informing and comforting us during a very difficult time. I cannot recommend the staff of the CCU enough!

As a medical professional of 28 years, I have to say how impressed I was with the care my mother in law received! I don’t tell anyone up front that I am a RN, but I always observe and listen! Holly in the ER came in and explained everything that was going on and tried to put me at ease (my mother in law was on vent and had had a stroke). While in CCU, Kelly was one of the best RN’s that I have seen! She was very knowledgeable and caring which is a rare combination! Nature (nurses name) was very helpful with the name change (... read more

The Greatest Fraud is Marijuana Prohibition (Reefer Madness) & The Federal Drug Schedule List created to hide the fact that Marijuana was an already accepted worldwide Medicine. Marijuana Prohibition was created to replace Medical Marijuana with Synthetic Drugs. Meant to relieve the symptoms of Cannabinoid Deficiency. Never solving the root problem. Keeping the public dependent on Synthetic Drugs & creating a never ending cash flow. While know all along that Cannabis is "THE CURE".

I went in to the Crossgates Merit health ER today for kidney stones. I know the pain to well. The Er staff did a urine test and ct scan. Told me my urine had some blood in it and that there was no infection. That I had a few stones that were none obstructive and that I was fine and sent me on my way. Well I ended up at UMC shortly after leaving Crossgates. The ct scans at umc showed 13 stones with 4 about to be passing and a horrible UTI. Glad I ended up going to UMC because Crossgates sent me out telling me everything was c... read more
