Considering how much I do not like going to the dentist, I'm always amazed at how efficient , gentle and kind they are. Dr. Sullivan is simply the best dentist i've ever gone to...Everyone at Mint Hill Dentistry knows what they are doing..they are friendly and take care of what you need. The dental hygienist ..the ladies at the front desk ...everyone is good at what they do they make you feel comfortable and you know that you're in good hands. And it is amazing what they can do in one day!
Arrive for your appointed time and actually be seen on time; Refreshing. Modern, clean & comfortable waiting room; Refreshing. Receptionists that greet you when you enter and actually enjoy customers; Refreshing. Hygenists that are knowledgeable, professional & friendly; Refreshing. A dentist that is thorough with years of experience and understands the reasons why I would rather be anywhere else ~ he gets me! That's REFRESHING. Another great visit to Mint Hill Dentistry. Everyone is always very friendly and accommodating. Made my teeth cleaning (should I say?) bearable!!

Always trying to find a reason not to keep my appt., but once I am in the chair all anxiety is gone. Renee is a great Hygenist and people person.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Sullivan explained the proposed treatment in real English, not medical jargon. I felt comfortable and relaxed and I'm not a fan of the medical profession. In all, I was highly satisfied with my visit and will be a regular patient from now on.

Friendly, courteous staff always. No one really LIKES going to the dentist, but this office makes it MUCH more pleasant. Great people.
