It's always a great thing to go to the dentist at Mint Hill. The people are always nice, cooperative, professional but interested in us personally, and happy to see us.
My hygienist was filling in for my regular hygienist but was just as thoughtful and thorough as Susie. She did not seem rushed or put out that she had extra work. And my teeth now feel sooooo clean.
Dr. John and his dental assistant were great. I would recommend highly.
I was totally satisfied with the service I received. I had two infected teeth that were causing me pain for a week and a half. This dentist practice took my teeth out and it took 3 calls from area dentists to get them out and this Mint Hill Denistry took me right in and were great. From beginning to the end. A+ A+
This practice is consistently professional, friendly, and use appropriate precautions for safety. I would recommend to anyone who wants excellent dental care.
This was my first visit. I was impressed with the building, decor and being addressed by my name upon entering. Now that was a nice surprise. After being called, I met Nina who would be with me during my consultation with Dr. David Sullivan. As Nina was leading me to a room I was busy looking from left to right at the pleasant surroundings and calming atmosphere. Another fantastic cleaning and care at Mint Hill Dentistry!
If there was such a thing as a pleasantl tooth extraction experience , that's what happened this past Tuesday. Dr. Sullivan made room to see me without an appointment and made time to meet my needs, unfortunately my tooth was beyond saving and had to be removed. Two days latter I'm without pain and I am thankful to Dr. Sullivan and his staffs professionalism and care.--- Sincerely ---Bob Isaacs
