Since this was my initial visit, I was most pleased and impressed with the ambiance of the office and more importantly, with the professionalism afforded me. A special kudos to the hygienist Amanda who made me feel extremely comfortable. Also a shout out to Susan who went out of her way to acknowledge the recent loss of my wife.
Never had my teeth cleaned by Sheila and she was great. Explained everything she was doing and actually taught me how to properly brush my teeth at the gum line. Dr. Byrd was great as well. I don’t like going to the dentist but y’all make it as great as it can be.😁
I went in to mint hill denistry for a consultation today and the staff and Dr. Sullivan were very nice and professional. They made me feel comfortable and they listen to everything I had to say. Many dentist don’t do this however, I’m thankful to have them and look forward to being a part of this group.
From the start to finish of my visit everyone is so nice. They answered all my questions about how to keep my teeth healthy. Definitely recommend Mint Hill Dentistry to my family and friends
Dr. Roupas and the team get an “A” from me. I went to them for tooth pain from one of my back teeth, but I was unable to distinguish which tooth it was. Dr. Roupas found the problem, a cracked tooth requiring a root canal and a crown. I was given a prompt appointment and the work to relieve my discomfort began. After moving here from out of state I was lucky enough to pick Mint Hill Dentistry for my dental care. Dr Wicker is the best! He is very patient and has a calm demeanor. He provides excellent care. Susie did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and answered all my questions thoroughly. Amy demonstrates professionalism and caring at the same time. I’m very impressed with my care and would highly recommend this practice to others.
Being new to the area, I am very happy to have found Mint Hill Dentistry! From my initial phone call to set up an appointment, to meeting Amanda, my hygienist and Dr. Ricker, my new Dentist, I could not be more pleased! All concerned were friendly, helpful and considerate. I know that I will be receiving expert care here...making a move is difficult, finding people who make you feel at home is wonderful.
