I traveled from Atlanta to have Dr. David Sullivan place 2 implants. I had heard that he is the best and my experience indicates that is true. It was a stress-free procedure with minimal discomfort in a pleasant and professional environment. Dr. Sullivan explained everything that was going on throughout the procedure. He is awesome. His assistant Mandy is great as well, very professional and caring. I will happily travel to Charlotte for any future dental work as this is a terrific practice in every way. Highly recommend.
Dr. Roupas did a very thorough exam and instead of drilling and exploring he reviewed with me what was going on in my mouth he presented several options. This gives me the opportunity to control my time, budget, and dental needs. Have never had a Dental team be that flexible or professional. This team is the absolute best!!
They are consistently on time, gentle with my teeth, friendly, and trustworthy for the best dental care. I've been going to them for 45 years now and if I moved away I'd fly back for all my dental needs!
My visit was as expected...on time...great experience.
The staff was incredibly friendly, gentle, and helpful. Everything was on-time and I did not feel rushed. The office is very clean and obviously geared toward patient comfort. Wonderful experience all around!
