I have always been extremely satisfied with my visits. I have always received excellent service. The staff is very friendly and make me feel relaxed and welcomed. Dr. Burd is the best. Thanks for taking great care of my teeth.

I’ve been coming to this practice for many years. Since1999 actually. The entire staff is always respectful, kind and courteous. Dr. Roupas has been my dentist from the very first visit and I wouldn’t change that for the world! He is the most genuine guy you’ll ever meet. Susan, my hygienist is so funny. Her since of humor gets me through my visit in what seems like only minutes! I look forward to my next visit because at this point, these guys are like extended family!
This was my first visit. I was very pleased with Dr. Roupas and Miss Amanda! They were so much more thorough than the practice that I had been going to for over 40 yrs. All-in-all, it was the most pleasant experience you could possibly have while at a dentist appt.!

For most of my life, I've been a patient of this practice. Doctor Burd is a compassionate, talented professional, who instantly puts his patients at ease. His goal is to ensure the best patient experience possible. I've had my teeth bonded three times in 30+ years and Doctor Burd did it each time. He's an artist, with a keen eye for detail, perfection, and appearance. In the past, when I lived out of state, I flew into Charlotte/Mint Hill just to go to this practice.
