I have been going to Mint Hill Dentists for about eight years. Recent visit was for a cleaning. Staff is very friendly, yet efficient and thorough. I have had various hygienists over the years and found all to be very professional and thorough. They keep your records current and don’t skip a beat. Dr Sullivan has provided great advice and service They have caught problems/issues before they became worse. I would recommend this practice to anyone needing great dentistry.

Mint Hill Dentistry is the absolute best ! I have been a patient since 1977 - for 41 years. I drive from central Charlotte area and pass many other dental offices along the way but would not even think of changing dentists! Dr. Earle Sullivan is wonderful and I can’t imagine any other hygienist than Robin cleaning my teeth. Front office staff are awesome! I highly recommend Mint Hill Dentistry!
I’d like to thank the staff at Mint Hill Dentistry for making me feel welcome as a new patient today. From the ladies at the front desk who greeted me to my Clinical experience in the chair with Michelle and Dr. David Sullivan. I was encouraged to ask questions and felt that I was an active participant in my plan of care. I appreciate your expertise and humor. :)
I have the utmost trust and confidence in Mint Hill Dentistry. Tisha is my hygienist and Dr. Earl Sullivan is my dentist. Tisha makes you feel at ease and thoroughly explains what she is doing and hints on how to floss and brush better. The practice is so professional and thorough. I also like that they give you a little pouch with a toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, etc. when you leave. This organization is top notch.
Everyone from scheduler, to insurance, to checkout billing, to assistant was most helpful! And Dr. Roupas with his skills and caring manner is like coming home again. Thank you.

Dr. Sullivan is the best. I have never felt pressured to have unnecessary dental work performed. I feel like they truly treat the patient like family.
