Outstanding physicians and staff!! Dr. Preston Smith has completed 2 surgeries on our youngest child (3 months and 9 months). We have been seeing him since I was 25 weeks pregnant and I have to say that through everything he has be amazing. Dr. Smith and his staff have always been very helpful and caring with any questions that I or my family has had. Even when I called on a holiday weekend I was able to reach Dr. Smith and speak with him over my concerns.
We were late to the appointment and I called to let them know around 20 mins before the appointment that we would be about 40 minutes late (we drove from Johnson City) when I told the girl on the phone, she was really sweet about it, told me not to worry to please get there safe. I felt that she truly cared about our safe travel, then I get there and check in and everyone was super nice.
