Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They are nice but WAY overbooked. On one occasion, my sons did not even see the dentist following their cleaning because the Dr. was still at the hospital from his earlier surgery schedule. Today, I was told that although cleanings are recommended every 6 months, they had no appointments until November which is 8 months away! I find it unacceptable that existing patients in good standing can not get their periodic oral exams as often as suggested!
