Yes Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud

They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They briefly explained my sons dental procedure to me, but I wish they had given me more information. They gave me little information about fees and payment plans 3 days before my sons treatment that ended up being cancelled because of money. I wish they had gone over it more thoroughly with me.
