Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. They always return my phone calls quickly. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Would you recommend this provider to others? Absolutely Not Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They are nice but WAY overbooked. On one occasion, my sons did not even see the dentist following their cleaning because the Dr. was still at the hospital from his earlier surgery schedule. Today, I was told that although cleanings are recommended every 6 months, they had no appointments until November which is 8 months away! I find it unacceptable that existing patients in good standing can not get their periodic oral exams as often as suggested!
