They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They briefly explained my sons dental procedure to me, but I wish they had given me more information. They gave me little information about fees and payment plans 3 days before my sons treatment that ended up being cancelled because of money. I wish they had gone over it more thoroughly with me. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. They always return my phone calls quickly. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
