UPS is my first apartment experience and I’ve enjoyed every minute! The staff is friendly and inviting, maintenance comes in a timely manner, and I appreciate the steps they’ve taken for security. Thank you for a great first semester, I look forward to the next!
This is my third year living at UPS, and I don’t have anything bad to say about them. They offer two quiet buildings which was great for me in pharmacy school. The new management is great! They are always putting on fun events for the residents, and are always very quick in responding to any issues. I love that UPS is now pet-friendly and completely smoke free. It’s a great place to live!

UPS is a great value! The staff are very friendly and helpful and have been prompt about addressing concerns and questions. The apartment layout is great, especially if you do not know who you will be living with. The quiet buildings seem to be quiet and the rooms overlooking the pond or fields have a wonderful and peaceful view.
Very friendly office staff are willing to do anything to ensure a safe but fun college experience! Also, they put on various events at the club house to get all residents involved.
Probably the best place to live off campus. The rent is great for what you get and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend 👍🏼
Great place to live. Very accommodating and kind staff! They always helped my roommates and I out in a timely manor!
