RecommendedLove living here! I love having my own bathroom and having a door that leads right to the parking lot! The office response quickly and any maintenance requests are taking care of in a timely fashion.

How can UPS improve? LOL where do I start...EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED. This place is horrid.
I moved in in the beginning of summer and have loved it. The pool is great if you spend any time here during spring and summer months. the pool is kept clean and only accessible to residents with guests, which I liked. The maintenance is great: they get to things timely and complete work orders well and they're really nice. I looove having my own bathroom and a balcony. Favorite place that I've lived in Big Rapids in my 5 years here for sure

UPS is a great place to live! The front office staff and the maintenance guy are super friendly and work to get any issues resolves ASAP!
I currently live here and I also work security. It is a great place to live! The office staff is wonderful! I highly recommend living here. We have a pool, clubhouse that has a gym and tanning beds. Come check it out!!
UPS has awesome perks. Having your own bathroom and balcony is something you won’t be able to have anywhere else! Although the apartments are a little outdated (reasoning for a 4 star), they are still very functional. The staff is very laid back and willing to assist with any issues you have. I highly recommend considering UPS when searching for your next apartment!!
