RecommendedI love it! Not going to lie, this is my third year here and the first two years were rough. But ever since new management has taken over I have nothing but positive things to say! Staff is beyond friendly and more than willing to help out! 5/5 would recommend!
Although we had some issues first moving in with the rooms being dirty, the manager was extremely accommodating in getting the apartment cleaned. The maintenance crew was very quick to fix anything broken. All the staff was very pleasant and easy to work with. The layout is nice and spacious. All the appliances work well. Even through this change in management they are all very helpful!
Overall an okay place to live but I had a number of problems over the 3 years I lived there with management changing 3 times. I never did get my security deposit back and was unable to reach anyone in the office. I left numerous voicemails and sent a few emails without a response.
This is the absolute worst place to live in Big Rapids. Ive had so many bad experiences with the property managers and maintenance. Everyone that i know is moving out of these apartments. We all hate them. Don’t sign a lease here. You will regret it!
