The office staff was fantastic for many reasons. Destiny was extremely patient & playful to help convince London it wouldn't hurt to have her teeth cleaned. London even asked to have Destiny clean her teeth again once the cleaning was completed! This is a big deal since she doesn't make brushing time an easy task! Dr. Lopez was friendly & had established a great first dental experience for her. Jess went above & beyond to make it fun for London after the visit with the box of toys. She was more than kind!
The staff were all very friendly and everything was being being explained to me. I would definitely recommend everyone to go there.
For having two crazy experiences in the parking lot (the boot & locking London in the car) I was in good hands! From the first moment with the parking, Jess was more than ready to help me with the crazy boot incident on the car. Even when she exhausted her intimidation powers, she was more than empowered to escalate the situation to Dr Lopez who resolved my issue with the property management.
