Dr. Lopez staffs are always friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. As always, there's no surprises about my financial responsibilities. They've always worked with my insurance directly. Dr. Lopez himself a young, friendly, humble and posses all the answers to fix ANY of your teeth problems! I have never seen a team like this group! A+ Service! Five Stars Rating! Highly Recommended!

I always have a great experience but my boyfriend also goes to your office and sometimes feels uncomfortable or like he annoys a member of your staff. He had a scheduled appointment and she called him the morning of and stated he had left a message canceling his appointment the night before. When he said he didn't she insisted he did and even asked if he was on Ambien or something. She made him feel bad and he even had to check his phone to make sure he wasn't crazy. Receptionist called me ahead of appointment but didn't leave a voicemail that she needed my new insurance info. So when I arrived she wouldn't let me proceed with a simple routine cleaning (not some complicated, expensive procedure) until she fully cleared it with my new insurance company, which delayed my visit 30 minutes. The dentist didn't evaluate me, only the hygenist.
