Let me start by saying that I hate visiting the dentist. Dr. Lopez and his staff made an uncomfortable situation totally manageable and made me feel welcome and totally informed on what needed to be done any why. Jessica and Courtney were were very friendly and patient as my treatment options were explained. I will be back and I will certainly tell my friends about the great experience I had at Dr. Lopez's office.

Dr. Avery is wonderful, as are all his staff. Pain management during procedures and after (at home) need work. I am often at a 10 on the anxiety scale and no relief is offered if the procedure is deemed 'painless' (painless or not, it's still super uncomfortable and unpleasant to have someone drilling in your face). Also, I've been told that there would be 'sensitivity' after each procedure, and instead experience intolerable pain every time, and have only been given pain meds twice. Still love em, though.
Even though Dr. Lopez was not in the office the day of my appointment, and I was looking forward to meeting him, his staff was so professional and wonderful to talk to I knew I was in great hands and received the best care. Thank you!!
I feel great about every visit to the office of Dr Lopez. This time, I ran late, and they handled with without hint of irritation.

I was in from out of town and had a dental emergency, on a Saturday, no less! Thankfully, I found University Park Family Dentistry. Dr. Avery Lopez (and staff) did a great job fixing me up and getting me back to my vacation. Also, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Thank you to you all for your Professionalism, Friendly Service and, Conveniently, being open on Saturdays!
