Great team at University Park Family Dental. I am very pleased with my dental care at this facility.
I recently chose to see Dr. Lopez and his office to do Invisialign. After researching several dental offices to choose from, this was by far the best decision I have made! Everything from the initial consultation, treatment, and follow up has exceeded expectations. Everyone is just great! I really like being seen on time as well!!:)
The customer service is phenomenal! Jessica was a great help from start to finish! I went in for a biannual cleaning/check up, Dr. Lopez is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. My visit went quick and easy. The staff was very knowledgeable! They were able to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. I will return to University Park Family Dental in the future.

Was a bad visit. Crown fell off my implant. Was painful having my gum pushed back. All the cement and stuff fell into the back of my mouth. The assistant was new, I hope, she needs to use the suction a lot more. The anesthetic tasted horrible. I shouldn't have been able to taste it at all. For someone who is terrifed of going to the dentist, going to this office is not good. The newness of all the girls requires patience, something I don't have at the dentist office.
