College park has given me a great experience living here! The shuttle service is really convenient for getting to and from class. I’ve met really great people here and the apartments are so nice. Maintenance has always be attentive whenever I’ve needed them. Overall, I’m glad I chose to live here.
My Name is Tara Fogle, and This is my second semester at Uplace! I have loved living here because of how nice my 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is! I love that the place is furnished and has granite counter tops! The location is nice being close to downtown and the Prt And bus stops! Living here has been great and the price was just right for the location!
I have lived here for three years. Very convenient, clean, and the staff is always friendly. It is awesome that it’s fully furnished too.
I'm Ashley Brash, and I've lived at University Place for almost two years now (and I've already signed a lease for a third!)! It's been such an amazing experience. First, the apartments are so spacious, and the amount of natural light in my apartment? I couldn't ask for better. Can i give it lower than 1. Place isnt bad if you have a car and u know how to drive well on hill in snow. But its too far from accessible transport. Everything is on electricity so bill shoots up in winter. No matter how much you take care of that place they will still charge some bucks when you evacuate the house by the end of the term.
Moving in was easy and well orginized. I felt like I left my daughter in good hands although I miss her already.
