This apartment complex is great, I'm newer here at ECU, and I love it. Great location, right up to a trail with parks. The apartments are newly renovated and gorgeous. Beautiful buildings, fireside/patio, a pool with bathroom attached. Friendly and down to earth staff. The price is much more reasonable than just about every other apartment in Greenville. There isn't much to not love.
I currently live here and it is terrible. I love the location and how the apartment looks, but there is a new maintenance problem every week. We have had our air conditioner break, hot water not work, loud fans, leaking, problems with the ice maker, just to name a few. The staff is rude and not helpful. They talk to you like you aren't an adult and won't fix problems unless you get your parents to call. The neighbors are loud and the walls are thin. I lived at University Park from 2014 until the summer of 2015. After moving out, I had heard about the renovations and when I came back to tour in the spring, the change was amazing. Had I not already resigned at my current apartment, Id definitely be living at University Park. Not to mention, the new staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, even to old residents, especially Annah who helped my roommate and I post-move when we would call to see if any mail had come to our old address.
I love how close to campus it is! The fact that the apartments are fully renovated and are fully furnish sparked my interest. Micah was the person to give me a tour and his personality is what drove me to sign. Anytime you have a question they are always spot on with their responses and very up front! Great atmosphere and I am enjoying my stay here:)! Thank you guys!
