RecommendedI have lived at University Park for 3 years now. I have loved every moment of it and if I wasn’t graduating I’d be staying a fourth! The distance to campus is great and all their amenities meet my needs. The office staff is great and they go above and beyond for their residents especially the maintenance staff!
RecommendedThis is a great apartment complex! I stayed here for the majority of my college career at East Carolina University and enjoyed every minute of it. Everyone on staff is always kind and willing to help in any way possible and the proximity to campus makes travel to and from campus super easy. RecommendedMy daughter lives at University Park and their staff have been great to work with. Maintenance came in a timely manner when she had an urgent issue the weekend she moved in. Jeni, the leasing manager went above my expectations to help me with an overpayment issue and helping with another issue. I highly recommend these apartments for students who want to live close to campus and there is a walking trail and park nearby.

Terrible service. Wifi is horrible with only one Ethernet that doesn't even work. After countless complaints about this I have received all kinds of solutions, none of which worked. Good location, nice inside the apartments but that's about it. Noise, bugs, pool party with blaring music on reading day that was dead for 2 hours before anyone showed up. For the price you might as well find a house or live at the province.
