RecommendedI have lived at University Park for 3 years now, great complex with friendly staff. All maintenance requests were completed in a timely manner. Apartments are in great shape and updated. I liked being able to walk to campus within 5 minutes. Highly recommended, wish I could stay longer!
RecommendedUniversity Park is a great place to live! I've had nothing but great experiences here. The staff is extremely friendly, and they take the time to get to know their residents. Going into the office is always a good experience! They host a lot of events ranging from bonfires, cookouts, grocery store bingo, and so much more! RecommendedUPark is an amazing place to live! Jordan also known as “JV” is amazing, always has answers to my questions and so kind! The environment is wonderful, the staff is so friendly and they always have candy available in the office!!
RecommendedI lived at University Park for a year and I loved every bit of it. The location was perfect for walking to class, it was close to great dining in town, and the office staff, especially Jordan, were always helpful.

RecommendedThis property is personable and takes care of both the property and the residents. They have so much to offer in character and and personal accountability that your experience will be top notch. Need to talk to James? The community manager? He will talk to you. This is 15 minutes from campus and even has a salt water pool on top of being connected to the greenway.

RecommendedI've been at UPark for almost a year and have little to nothing to complain about. The staff is amazing and genuinely cares for the safety and satisfaction of residents. The private dog park is a great addition that allows our pets to have a much safer experience compared to a public dog park. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a quiet, friendly place.
