RecommendedI have lived at University Park for 3 years now, great complex with friendly staff. All maintenance requests were completed in a timely manner. Apartments are in great shape and updated. I liked being able to walk to campus within 5 minutes. Highly recommended, wish I could stay longer!
Best Bang for your Buck in G-Vegas University Park has everything a student could ask for! It’s only a 5-minute walk from main campus, and they have direct access to the greenway (largest trail in Greenville). They are also extremely pet friendly with a resident-only dog park! University Park is a great place to live! I've had nothing but great experiences here. The staff is extremely friendly, and they take the time to get to know their residents. Going into the office is always a good experience! They host a lot of events ranging from bonfires, cookouts, grocery store bingo, and so much more! UPark is an amazing place to live! Jordan also known as “JV” is amazing, always has answers to my questions and so kind! The environment is wonderful, the staff is so friendly and they always have candy available in the office!!
I lived at University Park for a year and I loved every bit of it. The location was perfect for walking to class, it was close to great dining in town, and the office staff, especially Jordan, were always helpful.
This property is personable and takes care of both the property and the residents. They have so much to offer in character and and personal accountability that your experience will be top notch. Need to talk to James? The community manager? He will talk to you. This is 15 minutes from campus and even has a salt water pool on top of being connected to the greenway.
