Get directionsUT Hospice took care of our mother for a year during her illness. The staff were professional and caring and very responsive anytime we needed to call them. They truly care shout their patients and we are thankful for them.
Don’t trust your loved ones with them. They use dated equipment, don’t explain “comfort medicines” to caregivers, not to mention there was a different nurse EVERY time and none of them bothered to keep track of the patient’s file. Honestly if they’re that overbooked they have no business accepting new patients and treating them like a case file rather than a person.
Ut hospice doesn't care about their patient. My mother told them that she is not in a safe place. Her husband is a bad person and I even let them know the same. My daughter and I sat with him all the time watching in the end the pain he endured. The last nurse that came medicated him correctly and put a bag for urine. She said he hadn't been medicated properly and truly should of been bagged for urine days before. Asked if I wanted a more education person. I said no because my husband liked the one we had. I just think she really need... read more
