Nurse Shari was so sweet and the whole team did an excellent job on my surgery.
I've had difficult experiences in the past with a different medical facility, so I went into my minor surgery a bit nervous. The young lady that checked me in really reset my entire attitude. She addressed privacy concerns I had and really validated them and reassured me completely. When I went back for the beginning phase of my surgery, a really kind nurse treated me so good that by that time I didn't feel worried about anything. I recently had a breast reduction at the day surgery facility. Each professional that I came in contact with there were nice and gave extraordinary service!
I had a successful lumpectomy here. Staff was very communicative and kind. I was so nervous & they made me feel okay.
Very caring staff, made the whole process trouble free. Everyone I dealt with was professional, caring, and went out of the way making sure the process was smooth. Even called my wife my daughter, which made her day. Would highly recommend to my friends and family
