Great caring staff while going through cancer treatment
I'm giving one star based on the folks you have working in billing. Holy smokes. Kim (not sure of last name) is the most rude customer service person I have ever worked with. She was extremely rude, grumpy and short with me when I was trying to get clarification on a bill. I'm incredibly disappointed, especially having a major surgery at your hospital. I will attempt to avoid this place at all costs because of her.
